The right to drive on public roads is a privilege granted by the government of the states to their citizens under certain conditions.
A nine year old might as well sue on constitutional grounds for being denied the right to a driver's license.

Roads actually belong to the state and they can dictate virtually anything they want to issue a license. As for this dimwit Muslim woman....I would suggest she go and spend a year in Saudi Arabia. Discover that most women are not allowed to drive or to go out shopping without other Muslim women with her or her husband escorts her. Most American women who get into this Muslim stuff...really are shocked when they go to Saudi Arabia and find the real Muslim world. Most prefer to return within a year and give up the religion at that point.
