I did see that article and although it sounds like police think it's him, it also sounded like they don't have solid evidence - yet. They'll get it - in spades and he'll be toast. How a monster could kill his pregnant wife is beyond me. Don't know about the ping list - I might just check into it periodically.

Hollywood has already written the husband's defense. In the excreble "The Hours" we are instructed that nothing is more important than one's personal happiness. If attaining that means killing your family, well, that's too bad for them. Surely any California jury will agree.
