I think CNN was duped by old pal Ritter into thinking he would level with them, give them a scoop, the real deal on what happened. Brown was oh so sweet about nailing Ritter, the old "this hurts me more than you" gambit. Brown did real damage to what's left of Ritter's reputation, but just imagine how differently Brown would have handled the same interview if it had been a republican activist.
