But, you see, clinton was CIC, ritter was a lowly capt.

Now the thing is, the CIC can get a way with a lot more than a captain and a captain can get away with a lot more than a Cpl. and a Cpl can get away withn more than a Pvt. and a pvt can get away with a lot more than a 2nd Lt. cause everybody looks down on second looies.
