You take out Mecca Medina Qom. Which are their "low hanging fruits". You take out all the Jihadist mosques you are able too. With cruise missles for some. You assassinate crazed Jihadist mullahs and imams. In short you cut the heads off the snake. The reformed and chastened Islam that emerges can build a new Mecca holy city in Indonesia or in Saudi. Makes no diff to me.
