You need to be a qualified architect with a creative vision to be able to think "outside the square..." Otherwise you can have only 150 storey height, which means people living in Ausralia won't be able to see your towers.

I think the concept of 300 storey height towers will not be built, but it can be adjusted to whatever the height required ie 120 storey etc. without affecting the lower level design of the World Memorial Square. The idea of ground zero World Memorial Square IS STILL MAINTAINED whatever the height of the towers being recommended by the government authorities. I think the scale and design of the Square does provide human life and soul in the precinct.

As I say, you really need to look at WWW.CHAI.TV colourful design sketches to be able to appreciate the CONTEMPORARY ARCHITECTURE, not Gaudi's fantasy organic architecture, it doesn't fit in America, and not even in Australia, thank you.
