The case was dismissed because they chose not to prosecute. Which means ha got a pass. It does not mean that "nothing happened". If he wants to prove that, he should allow himself to be prosecuted and acquited.

How about this: they agreed to dismiss the case AFTER he agreed to go to therapy? Does that work?
