It all depends upon your definition of "it". Scott did not say, "Nothing happened." And had the case not been dismissed he couldn't weasel out with "therefore..."
We're back to "where were you on the night of...". Or "What was the agreed upon statement of facts that did not rise to the level of criminality which justified the dismissal". Or we could ask, "How much of Saddam's chump change did you have to share with the ex-ADA"?
