This morning on Fox news, Judge Nepolitano, a fixture on Fox talk shows, said the action that was taken in the Ritter case actually allows him to deny that he was ever arrested if asked. Such is the law. We learned that a few years ago when the same information came out about the old charge against Linda Tripp.
