Emilia Banuelos, a Phoenix immigration attorney, urged members of the Senate Government Committee to kill Harper's bill because it would send a negative message to Mexicans who enter Arizona legally.

It would send an even more negative message to those who enter illegally.

Sorry to say I went to school with Jay Tibshraeny's sister. It may NOT be a "state job," but sooner or later someone must deal with it: why not be PRO-ACTIVE, and make a case for "states' rights" by taking state action?
