I'd love to see this backfire on the defendants, but it won't. They'll payout less than 1 million, maybe less than 100,000 claims. But no matter the amount, they will use it to whine, twist it to claim that the public must not have had the perception of being rooked, and 50 other things they have already thought up.
At any rate, I'm splitting mine between JR, and FR.
