I'm actually trying to find out if there are really, literally some intrinsic benefits to "diversity" and what exactly are they?

Can you tell me what the intrinsic benefits of a homogeneous soceity are? If you can, perhaps you can answer your own question...

Cultural and ethnic homogeneity are the natural state of human multitudes. Unless coerced, people tend to congregate and favor those 'like' them. 'Diversity' can only be achieved by force. There is no known benefit to 'diversity' other than allowing the 'diversity promoters' to make a comfortable living and feel good about themselves.

It can be noted that most things called a "society" are the source of "nations" which seem to spring up from the homogenous beings therein-BUT thereafter seem to seek to want to take over societies not like their own...Rome...Greece...etc etc. Curious that "like" gets it started,no?

Certainly, less factionalism like the founding fathers railed against the Federalist Papers. A homogenous society is better able to vote on issues that benefit ALL society. Look at what Democrats are able to do with a diverse society, rather than being one nation, we are now more akin to several warring tribes thrown together. Each group votes for whats best for them as opposed to the other groups. The only group that at least makes an effort to vote in the best interests of everyone is whites, but I doubt that will last long due the constant victimization and discrimination they are starting to suffer. Instead of letting the best most qualified candidates into school, we're forced to penalize intelligent asians and whites in order to make room for less qualified students. Police are unable to enforce order in inner cities because of the us vs them factionalism.

Without "Diversity," liberals and Democrats would have an extremely hard time being elected to office. "Diversity" promotes the culture of victim-hood and irresponsibility, both of which are central tenets of Democratic sustainability. If all of the "culturally oppressed" were to stand up and take responsibility for themselves, their families and their communities, why, there wouldn't be anyone left to elect the Democrat slime.

1) No disrespect of other citizens due to race;

2) Similar cultural experience makes communication more efficient;

3) Fear of being shunned makes anti-social behavior less likely.

I came up with these on the spur of the moment, but I could probably think of some more after a bit of reflection.

Hey I'm a third grader remember? How much schooling did you require to learn to answer a question with a question? And did you pass spelling (soceity)???
