Where can I get one of these cards? I'd like a new social security number and free health care. Do you have to be a Mexican citizen? Would they have any extras?

Nah, we don't give a rip so why shouldn't they make a buck where they can?

We've got nothing to complain about given our refusal to do anything about illegal Mexican immigrants once they get here.

IMO, as a California lawyer, class action lawsuits under the California Unfair Trade Practices Act - Business & Professions Code section 17200, et seq. - against businesses which accept these things as ID would squelch the utility of these ID's right quick. I'm a government attorney but my private practice brethren could make a buck this way - there's a statutory attorney's fee.
