Exactly. The principal has a habit of just up and moving a teacher to another grade, subject or classroom. If the students are unhappy with a teacher, they complain to the parents who complain to the principal. He will them move the teacher.
The kids know what is going on, and often brag that they "got rid of" a teacher who was trying to make them work too hard. I am not kidding.
