1. Ritter didn't KNOW that it was a cop he was talking to. Your attempt to dismiss this as inconsequential is ridiculous. I ask again, would you think this was a minor thing if YOUR daughter were lured into watching a man over twice her age masterbate? Apparently so, according to your statements.

If I had a 16 year-old daughter and she went onto an internet chat room and engaged in some dirty talk and lured a middle-age man into meeting her to put on a sexual performance I would (a) be quite p*ssed at both of them, (b) very possibly call the cops on the guy and (c) have enough sense of proportion not to be outraged if said individual, a first-time offender and a professional person, got away with a plea bargain and just had to do some counseling after being subjected to the shame of having his name and picture plastered on local TV. The real world is full of horney people trying to get in each others' pants. It's not the crime of the century if some middle aged guy gets seduced by a highschool cheerleader and they dry hump in a Burger King. This stuff happens.

2. The Clintons have far more influence in Albany, New York than do the Iraqis. I am willing to entertain the thought that Saddam is involved. Why do you dismiss Hillary so cavalierly? I have offered theories, you do nothing but mock my ideas.

The whole notion that Hillary Clinton has been pulling Scott Ritter's strings for the last four years using sexual blackmail is utterly absurd on multiple levels. I wouldn't even know where to start. It's prima facie ridiculous.

Really, Miss Marple, I've always admired your posts and find myself in agreement with the vast majority of them. But you are sounding like a paronoid here. I am no supporter of Hillary Clinton -- quite the opposite. I just don't think she's the hidden hand behind everything that happens in the universe -- or even in Albany.

You obviously have never raised a daughter, nor do you have a sense of decency. I personally would find it repellant if he had lured a 45 year old woman to watch him masturbate. It is a sick obsession, pure and simple.

There is quite possibly a connection between Clinton and Saddam. You do remember that Clinton did NOTHING about Iraq except talk for 8 years, don't you?

My theory may be a blind alley. HOWEVER, I am not discounting it simply because YOU say it is silly.

PS. On another thread, the information has now surfaced that this is not his first offense. He was earlier trapped in a sting in which he thought he was going to meet a 14-year old girl. He was let off with a warning.

Now, we have someone who has done this at least twice, and has done it after being caught by the police. This is, in my opinion, a big deal. How many times did he do it before being caught? How many times in the last year or so, after he was arrested?

And WHY was this sealed? As a multiple offender, it should not have been sealed (hence the dismissal of the assistant DA).
