I was taping the day on VHS. I have 8 hours of the inauguration and the hostages returning. At approximately the same time, Walter Cronkite was passing the torch to Dan Rather. My tapes have some interesting shots of the two.

I'll put it on my ToDo list. I've been intending to digitize it for preservation purposes. In MPEG-2 format, it should fit on 8 DVD's.
