I agree with you about your baby.
Any fetus that is viable outside the womb is a seperate person and has rights.
Any fetus that is not viable outside the womb is no different from a corn or wart and can be removed at will.

I think any biologist and most doctors would disagree with that statement, medically and scientifically. But your correct that legally, that's how we treat the unborn.

So9 Would that recognition of the individual human life for the fetus as a person be apllied before or after exiting the womb? Any fetus that is not viable outside the womb is no different from a corn or wart and can be removed at will. 136 posted by Servant of the Nine So, is it permissable to give life support to a freshly removed infant? What criteria would be applied to determine viability?
