This whole Ritter affair is anomaly piled upon anomaly, but some of our Freeper colleagues are so blinded by their hatred of him they're not even aware of being manipulated.

1. He was arrested.
2. He cut some kind of deal and the record was sealed.
3. The ADA was fired over this flap.
Until you can provide a reasonable explanation for the above ( and her boss is "a man of ambition" and "he would win at trial" are not reasonable explantions), it is fair to assume that you are the one with impaired vision.
