I wonder if this weapon is available locally to combat Boom Box cars and ultra noisy Flow Master Exhaust systems like the ones that just woke me up a few minutes ago???

Cherry bombs take care of Flow masters.
Boom boxes.. hmm.. Yes.
But it'd also fry everyting else around. It'd have to be a directional focused beam. Simple in theory, hard in practice.
