Not quite sure where this post was meant to go, but my feeling is that we have quite enough reason to oppose Ritter on the facts about the war. If he has broken the law on any pornography issue, that is not related to his anti-war stance. I would feel appalled about him if he was getting into illicit porn even if he agreed with me on the war. Let's keep the issues straight.

Here's the scoop:

For months there has been discussion about why Scott Ritter did a 180 on his position regarding Iraq and the threat they pose (or as Ritter now would have it, do not pose).

Yes, there is his "movie" and the money he received. But in addition, more than one comment was made about his seemingly unstable mental state when doing interviews.

The reason this revelation is being discussed is it may help explain Ritter's behavior and vulnerability to blackmail.

Of course. The only interesting question about Ritter was, how did Saddam turn him? What was the lever? What was the gimmick? Looks like we have the answer to that problem.
