When I heard that people were being bussed in for the protests. I was wondering, were the busees paying the freight, or is this being payed for by some other means. Rent a crowd says a whole lot about the motivation of the protesters, and then why was I not surprised that SF was one of the locations for protest.
To the DC Chapter, a great day fending off the I don't get it crowd. I just learned (as seen on tv) we have a policy of preemtive first strike. I guess I am totally out of touch with reality.

There was a concert here in NYC last week at $20 a ticket to finance the buses. The Columbia University area was plastered with huge glued-on posters advertising the concert. That's where part of the money came from, anyway.

I saw a teletype yesterday morning that was sent to all police depts in WI alerting them that a man, who claims to be a school bus driver, had threatened to steal a school bus. He stated that he was going to drive to the anti-war rally in D.C. He was going to pick up homeless and poor people along the way.
The teletype was also released to AP. I did a check of the AP wires last night, but couldn't find any stories about this.
