No, they don't. There IS NO "FOX." "FOX" is a trademark name for an inanimate object, a company composed of hundreds of PEOPLE. Some human beings that work for Fox lurk on FR. Not all of them are looking for stories, and not all of them rank high enough to order a story up even if they do find one here. And almost all of the work for individual departments or programs more than they work for "FOX". If someone that works for "Studio B" sees something interesting on FR, they're not going to hand it over to O'Reilly or Fox & Friends, they're going to keep it for Shepard Smith.
The networks are not monoliths. PERIOD.
