Rita did ask Scott's father that question. He said that Scott and Laci went to lots of parties together but that didn't mean he was having an affair. He's in denial.

I wish Rita had of ask Lee about Scott's girlfriend calling the Modesto police, since Lee is blaming the NE of lying. If Scott's parents are turning a blind eye to this, it is so very sad. If Scott has his elderly sick mother going on this trip tomorrow for his sorrow lying sick ass I just can't say what needs to be done to him.

The truckers time line has not been confirmed, this incident is common knowledge at most LE agencys, The time that he seen the vehicle is going to be very important, I don't know that yet, when I find out I will repost

Thank you please do. They could probably confirm whatever time this would have been by comparing his location/s during this 80 miles and his logbook correct?
Not to mention if he is employed by the newer trucking companies his entire route can be tracked by a GPS system.

I'm going to keep watching Rita. I think she's sucking up to Scott's dad - to get Scott on Fox - so she won't go too heavy on pops. Besides, his dad is no doubt clueless as to the facts about his sweet loving son.

I'm trying to figure out how far 80 miles south of Modesto would take you. I think that's almost to Fresno. But the big bodies of water there are Millerton and Pine Flat. It would take him 3+ hours to get back to Berkeley in time to get the receipt. Considering it was daylight when the trucker saw him, that wouldn't be enough time. But, if he turned west on the 152, that would be around 80 miles south on the 99. He would go about 1-1/2 hours to San Luis Reservoir, then up the 5 to Berkeley. I'd bet he could do that and fit the timeline.

Also to consider, there is kind of a slough near Los Banos and the California Aquaduct runs down the west side of the Valley.

Good points! And it seems like a lot of what the NE is reporting is being confirmed by Law Enforcement. I can't tell for sure cuz all the stories and reports are running together in my mind.

What kind of person would let his parents go on television in front of the whole world and say things that he knows to be untrue, and that he knows his parents believe in him?

I'll tell you what kind: a supremely arrogant being who cares nothing of taking advantage of a parent's natural protective instinct in order to cover his own ass.

I would die of shame if my parents went out in public and repeated lies I told them, knowing they believe it to be true because they believe in me, while everyone else who isn't blinded by parental feelings knows it's all a crock.

Scott's mother had to be rushed to the emergency room tonight by ambulance to get her blood pressure down and a very bad headache. NO KIDDING! Ole' Scotty is a real piece of work.
