Well, I don't want to turn this into a harangue, but that just turns off ALL popups. There are some sites that use them intentionally.

Mozilla seems to be able to tell the difference. It's sweet.

AFAIK what Mozilla and most other browsers do is allow popups only in response to you clicking a link. Most of the obnoxious ads try to create popups when a page is loaded or closed, so they get blocked.

Do you have to tell it which sites you want to see the pop ups at, or does it figure it out on its own?
