Microsoft IE 6.0 is very similiar to Mozilla One huge difference. Microsoft says the minimum system requirements for 6.0 include Win98 or higher operating system. Mozilla runs fine on Win95. See here for 6.0 requirements (recommended and minimum).

You are correct. You can't run IE 6.0 on Win95. However, why are you still using Win95? I mean, I realize some people are reluctant to upgrade, but do yourself a favor and at least get WIN98SE.
