These are some real sick puppies. They have declared war on an entire people and we've sought revenge against only the perpetrators. That would change of course the minute they introduce nuclear or biological into the equation. At that point, we could no longer afford to sort the good guys from the bad. We would have to eliminate the entire region, and we would most certainly do so.
