That's interesting. On my computer, the windows open really small so that I have to click and drag the corner to make it readable or click the maximize button. Windows is a strange animal. It seems like everybody has different quirks with MS Windows (I'm running XP).

Look in your "Internet Options" "Advanced" Settings place, maybe it was a setting?
