This is one that I thought up that would go along with that one:
"Jesus died for our sins. Muhammad would have you die for yours's"

Freegards,
Geist Krieger (Ephesians 6:12)

GEIST KRIEGER WROTE: "Jesus died for our sins. Muhammad would have you die for yours's"

Good point! Maybe even better, though, would be to say:

"Jesus died for our sins. Muhammad would have you die for his."

John Ashcroft once said this...

The difference between Islam and Christianity is this...in in Christianity we believe that God sent His only begotten Son to die for us, in Islam they want you to send your sons to die for allah...

I may not have the exact quote but it's pretty close.

ABSOLUTELY!

But then, Mormons would do the same in many cases--not only believe that for many people, the only way for them to have salvation--is to die for their own sins. Further, some Mormons have felt 'called of God' to help said people die for their own sins by killing them. I don't recall who--Joseph Smith or B Young was worst about that. It's still written into their doctrines. Though last I checked they didn't go about it near as openly as they did long ago.

IN-GROUP/OUT-GROUP STUFF IS VERY powerful.

And that's WITHOUT authentically bringing God into it at all.
