Central Command Area of Responsibility (Jan. 6, 2003) -- Equipment Operator 3rd Class Edward Allen, assigned to Naval Mobile Construction Battalion Five (NMCB-5), scoops up select fill rock using an excavator rock for transport in a 35-ton dump truck. NMCB-5 is constructing a helicopter staging area for future operations in the Central Command Area of Responsibility.
