Central Command Area of Responsibility (Jan. 4, 2003) -- Seabees attached to Naval Mobile Construction Battalion Seventy-Four (NMCB-74) pour concrete for a C-130 aircraft staging area. The C-130 staging area is the largest single-battalion concrete project since World War II and will be used to support future operations within the Central Command Area of Responsibility.
