You bet! I really appreciate you posting them at the Canteen. We all enjoy seeing our troops at work, and we also know that many family members "lurk" in hopes of seeing the face of a loved one in the photos.

Good night, ms. feather. Sleep well and sweet dreams. God bless ya for your support of our troops and veterans.
I don't think I'm too far behind you. I've burned my candle at both ends and am down to a stub. I hope to see as much of the thread as possible before I fade. I'll see you tomorrow. :-)

Oldest Living West Point Grad Celebrates 102nd Birthday
I've got to say I'm impressed!! To live to the age of 102 is an accomplishment in itself but to do all Ret. Col. Frank Steer has done is incredible. Quite a service rcord!
I like this:
Steer also recommends exercising mind and body and simply, Wake up every day.
Can't argue with this man's logic! LOL!

"Return to sender: Sister Peg Luby prays as she holds up a care package that she and other war protesters tried to mail to Baghdad from Hartford, Conn. The post office turned her down."
I wish these people would just leave our country. The only reason they have the freedom to go out and be peaceniks is because of the very military they despise.
I'm with you, Kathy. These people digust me!
I've got to say, I'm surprised the Post Office turned her down....and extremely pleased!

The villagers who live at Bakhshi Kyhal, Afghanistan seem to really appreciate the "Adopt-A-Village program! They've survived for so long on so little.
Thsese are great photos of the 455th Expeditionary Security Forces Squadron and D Company, 403rd Civil Affairs Battalion helping these people.
Thanx again, SAM, for posting some woderful pics of our troops.
