Where is Mr. Ritter today? I saw him with Richard Butler on Donahue a couple days ago (I wanted to see how Ritter would like) and he said we had no proof Iraq had WMD. I suppose Ritter's spin is, "The Iraqis STILL don't have WMD--those warheads were empty, after all."
