Hatch has agreed to have equality in funding for Judiciary. He and Leahy decided it.

Big deal... funding... What matters more are other issues like how many judges can be voted on, who gets hearings and how fast, and whether or not the ABA has to report on each judge candidate...

Tell me you are joking about Hatch and Judiciary!
That is THE SINGLE MOST IMPORTANT PLUM the GOP won this past November.
Why in the name of all that is Holy would Hatch agree to this? He would simply be handing that wretch Leahy another club ($$) to beat over the heads of Bush's judiciary choices.
Is he THAT stoopid?
Damn.

Hatch has agreed to have equality in funding for Judiciary. He and Leahy decided it. What a maroon! This isn't about money, it's a test of will and Hatch flunked. Leahy will ratchet up the pressure on judicial nominees again, because Hatch blinked first.

Hatch has agreed to have equality in funding for Judiciary. Hillary must have slipped him a xeroxed copy of his FBI file.
