He's Chairman of HELP-- rather than Ted Kennedy.

He'll be a major spokesman for the medicare changes and the prescription drug benefit. Tort reform may fall under here, too.

Everyone should bear in mind that the RATS would never have had the chutzpah to pull this stunt if (1) we had done our job and won in Louisiana in December and (2) Trent Lott had not been so stupid. Both events have emboldened these RATS. We have only ourselves to blame.
