You dont watch Hatch too often I suspect. Borin Orrin usually rolls over on issues like this, but the kinds of things you are describing are what raises his ire, and gets him to fighting....

Oh, I've seen Orrin get his dander up. It's fun to watch. But I've also seen Orrin functioning as part of the Club. The Dims mean business on judges and Orrin is going to have to be a partisan warrior. I haven't seen much of that in the last four years, ever since the Senate Republicans decided to flush the House's impeachment of Clinton.

I hope you are right. But running from the first fight makes me nervous.
