Since so many like to speak in fairy tale terms, I'll oblige:

Satan has his finger in everthing that exists in the material world.

To lie, or spread disinformation is a tried and true war tactic, used by anyone who wants to win. Originally attributed to Satan, yet adopted by anything that lives from the venus fly trap, to human militaries, to con artists.

Let's all just wake up and open our eyes. The line is drawn between good and evil, not someplace else. Watch out, satan has us all made, most of us just don't know it.

Since I place my Faith and Trust in Jesus Christ, I say those on Satans side allready know they have lost.

I would rather they come out in the open so we can know more
about where they have been hiding.

"Satan has his finger in everthing that exists in the material world."

Francis Schaeffer argued that the problems you describe are the result of the Fall of Man (Adam and Eve disobeying God and being banished from the Garden), which resulted in the separation of Man from God, Man from Man, and Man from Nature.

The current world is abnormal, in other words. It wasn't originally designed like this. Dreadful things like riverblindness, caused by flies laying eggs in the eyes of humans, isn't "God's will," because a thing like this is the logical conclusion of Man's separation from Nature, which was caused by the Fall.
