To most of them it is a silly conspiacy theory only believed by the very stupid. And they will still be asleep when one day it is required of all Americans to have a special ID to be able to buy or sell even the essentials like food and medicine. Even then they will not recognise it for what it is..... not until the big announcement is made that one is required to swear allegance to the anti-christ before being issued his card. Of course even then most of them will not be able to recognise that the anti-christ is evil.
