One thought though, LEO's claim they have adopted the policy in order to better able to police, i.e. reporting illegals will scare other illegals in the public from coming forward with info on crimes. Don't you think they will use this same bogus excuse not to ask for the Selective Service registration? When you are already knowingly disregarding laws on the books what's one more?

Yes, but how about, "This is a time of war, and unless you are a terrorist, you should have no problem with this law." I do understand LEO's position which also points out that if illegals are afraid to call the police, for fear of deportation, they will be put in danger and become an easy mark for thugs.

If nothing else, the illegals may not use their Matricular ID's if they know the officer/bank etc. will logon to the SS webpage to verify that they are registered, regardless of race, creed or color.

Thanks for the input. A work in progress. One freeper, who works on the road, has been dropping off copies of the SS laws in English and Spanish and has reports that quite a few people come in and read the Law and turn around and leave!
