Oh, yes, I am. I'm dissenting against ahistorical rubbish, in your case. In case you haven't been keeping up, the Founders have been deceased for about two centuries. The state which they founded has been hijacked by the same socialist worldview that contaminates the rest of our world.

Wrapping yourself in bunting, and pointing out that the Founders would be repulsed by modern mores, is not an adequate response to the metastasis of government and its organs.

It may be shameful, but it is nonetheless true, that succeeding generations have squandered the moral and political capital bequeathed to us by our ancestors.

Handwringing is no substitute for clear thinking.
