I would like to recommend to y'all the book, "The Great Divorce" by C. S. Lewis.Been a long time since I read it, but as I remember, his arguement was that Hell would be filled with people who prefered continuing in Hell to acknowledging the power, glory, and justice of God. The comments in this article remind me of that - people who fear Christianity becuase of the demands it makes on their behavior.
As for myself - I am convinced God will judge with perfect justice. I have chosen to throw myself on the mercy of the court, and let Jesus pay the price justice demands of my behavior.
"Ye must be born again." Phil can't grok what this means. Nobody without regeneration can.
"I would like to recommend to y'all the book, "The Great Divorce" by C. S. Lewis" That is a fantastic and easy to understand book and probably the one I have recommended to others more than any other, especially to new Christians. I have often compared it with Dante's Divine Comedy in essence though in a much simplified form.
