As much as I disliked disco at the time, when I listen to the true crap that passes for music now (EMINEM, are you listening?), I realize just how relatively innocent and non-confrontational disco was...for the most part.

Never in our lifetime will we hear music like the disco of the 70's I know allot of freepers are glad about that but like you said just look at all the crap in the music world today. Never will their be a Harold Melvin and the Blue Notes or any of that Detroit and Philly sound again. I am glad I am able to appreciate it.

Theres a big difference between well crafted songs and stuff more resembling child's rhymes,which is what most rap music really is.
