That half of them are on welfare is a surefire sign. Also, look at Somalia proper for another indicator. That's not to say that certain individuals won't succeed but as a group I don't have much optimism. Besides, there's no guarantee that they are not Al-Queda sympathizers and I haven't forgotten Black hawk Down.
