Good idea! We can leave a few limited tactical nukes with the ROK and give them a distinct advantage retaliation-wise and intimidation-wise as well. I hate what could come, maybe it is time for the ROK to take care of its own peninsula, Japan should be made armed and ready as well.

I agree, We have trouble on our own shores, and along our borders and troops should be made available to defend the Homeland against foreign intruders. And while we are at it, How about Bosnia, Haiti, Kosovo and where the hell else did Clinton send troops? Isn't it time? They come home? Why is Western Civilization the international wetnurse, just to get spit upon it would seem .. Let these peoples decide their own fates, we are already tested sorely enough at home ourselves.
