Well, I see you're not in Manhattan. Maybe it's not a match.

Have you tried a Baptist church? They often have impressive matchmaking apparatus.

Be a heck of a drive to go on a date, wouldn't it? :)

Anyway, 20s is a bit young for me.
I'll be 40 this year.

Thanks for asking, though. Hope your cousin
finds a good guy.

Been thinking of becoming Jewish.:) They do this
speed-dating thing that looks like a good way
to meet people.

Churches, in my experience, have been terrible places to meet people for dating.

Many single groups are nothing more than 'lonely heart clubs' where people sit around and complain about all their problems.

Others are cliquish to the point where independent folks simply will not tolerate their games, and hence leave.

And many are just too puritanical about dating (such as no kissing or discussing fantasies).

And of course, there is the small percentage of charlatans who act religious by quoting scripture and lying to women in churches. A lot of women are pretty gullible to this scheme.

****Have you tried a Baptist church? *****

About a couple of years ago i went to a baptist church singles group..i was so incredibly unorganized....they didn't even have anyone to welcome visitors or anything...almost felt like i was intruding on their cliques.
