It is just the latest in a recent stream of college admission cases that the USSC has struck down and they did it on their own without the help of the executive branch, in fact, they did it in spite of the Clinton Justice Department.. When the court is batting a 1000 on these cases why in the hell should anyone want to start "coaching" it.
