I'm not talking about what will happen when the Constitution is eventually discarded, as is the direction in which we seem to be heading. I simply have no problem with the "ENEMY" being treated like an "ENEMY". So you guys opposed to this concept just give it a rest ok.

I could care less is foreigners are detained indefinately without counsel. I just want to make sure the rights of US citizens are preserved.
