what we really need is the abolition of the estate (death) tax, This 2003 plan calls for making the 2001 tax cuts permanent, and accelerating their implementation. That includes the estate tax. I heard President Bush specifically mention the estate tax in his speech in Chicago.
If someone later in this thread doesn't amplify this, I'll find it myself and post it.
