For instance, he is now going from thread to thread demanding that Bush sign an executive order banning affirmative action. Todd is this true? If it is you need to research what a president can or cannot do via executive order. What he CANNOT do is override established law. If you are doing this then the only charitable explanation is that you are ignorant of the powers of the EO.

Since Todd gets all his "info" from Ann Coulter's site, I can only assume that SHE, too, is uninformed on this issue.
