Great! Let's have a race. I'm losing a steady 5 pounds/week and I need to go about 50 more. I'm planning on the end of March, but if it happens to take until the end of April I'll still be very happy.

Good grief! What are y'all eating. I might have lost 20 pounds in a year, and that is practically torturing myself! And I need to lose at least another 35 or 40.

I won't be able to race. I am taking mine off a bit on the slow side now. I threw my back out and had to stop the kung fu classes for awhile.
