Saw the video last night on the Nashville news. First, dog was NOT a pittbull as was stated in the officer's report. Secondly, at the time the cop shot the dog, it was just running around in circles wagging it's tail playfully. At no time was the officer in danger.

Maybe Officer Hall needs to sent to a "target rich" environment for additonal training with his firearms. May I suggest Iraq?
